Returns & Exchanges Policy

📅 Time Frames:

  • For Returns: Please reach out within 5 days of receiving your item to get a return authorization code.
  • For Shipping Back: Send the items back within 14 days of delivery.

💰 Refunds:

  • Defective Items: We'll provide a full refund. We’ll also send you a label for shipping the item back to us.
  • Non-Defective Items: You’ll get a refund for the item cost, but not for shipping costs.

📦 Responsibility for Shipping Charges:

  • General: You cover the return shipping charges.
  • Defective Items: We’ve got this! We’ll send you a label.

🔄 Custom Items:

  • Returns or exchanges are only possible if we made an error. Customized items (like ones with your name) are uniquely yours, so we can’t restock them.

🖥️ Digital Downloads:

  • Just a heads-up: these aren’t eligible for refunds or cancellations.

🕒 Processing Times:

  • Tumblers: Shipping out in about 3 business days.
  • Tumbler Toppers: Give us about 5 days to ship these.
  • Custom Items: Time varies by design. We’ll let you know when you order.

🚀 Shipping Options:

  • Standard Ground & Expedited Air: Choose your pace at checkout.

🏠 Address Accuracy:

  • We ship to your confirmed purchase address. If it’s incorrect and the item comes back to us, we’ll have to charge you for the re-ship.

✈️ Shipping Charges & Insurance:

  • Insurance is included only with USPS Priority Mail. Want to add it to your order? Just drop us a line.
  • Please note: We can’t be responsible for lost items or those marked 'delivered' but not received.
